At Chillhouse, we want you to be fully obsessed with your self-care routine. If a product isn't working for you, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day return window; please note that Chill Tips and opened skincare are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different vibe.

• 3.
  Print & Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refreshed

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new Chillhouse favorites within 5-7 business days.
