How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for beauty products?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, Chillhouse is committed to clean beauty. All of our products are 100% cruelty-free, and the majority of our collection is vegan-friendly.
How do I apply the Chill Tips press-on nails?
Each kit comes with a dual-sided buffer and non-toxic glue. Simply prep your natural nails, apply a small drop of glue, and press the Chill Tip down firmly for 30 seconds.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring the Chillhouse experience to more countries in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
